Dreamz.design provides an AI-powered room-redesign tool. Users upload images of their rooms and receive:

2. Retailer Products, Images & Intellectual Property

2.1 No Ownership of Retailer Content

Many product images, descriptions, titles, and pricing details displayed in the Shopping List are provided by or derived from third-party retailers and manufacturers ("Retailer Content").
Dreamz.design does not own or control this content.

2.2 Retailer Rights Reserved

All Retailer Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights held by the respective retailers or rights holders.

2.5 Shopping List Curation & Intellectual Property

The selection, organization, and matching of products in the Shopping List, including how items are curated and mapped to the AI redesign, constitute original content and proprietary know-how of Dreamz.design ("Shopping List Curation"). The Shopping List Curation is owned by Dreamz.design and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Shopping List and Shopping List Curation solely for your own interior design and purchasing decisions. You may not resell, republish, systematically copy, or make the Shopping List (or a substantial part of it) available to the public or third parties, except for reasonable private sharing within your household or with professionals directly assisting you (e.g., a designer or contractor).

2.3 Limited Display Use Only

We display Retailer Content solely for the purpose of recommending products that visually match the AI redesign.
You may not copy, redistribute, download, reuse, or republish Retailer Content for any purpose.

2.4 No Warranty on Retailer Content

We do not guarantee:

Retailers may update or remove products at any time. Product dimensions, sizes, and variants are determined by the retailer, and Dreamz.design does not verify whether a product fits your specific space.

3. User Content

You may upload images of rooms, spaces, or furniture ("User Content").

You retain full ownership of your User Content and of the AI-generated redesign images ("Outputs").

3.3 Internal-Use License to Dreamz.design

By using the Service, you grant Dreamz.design a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your uploaded images and Outputs internally only for:

You are responsible for any such taxes that apply to your purchase, and for complying with any local tax obligations that may arise from your use of the Service.

If a technical error prevents you from receiving the promised output, Dreamz.design will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue.
